My name is Aaron Higginbottom, Founder and CEO of BGØATED — a Boston-based athletic apparel and performance wear company built on innovation, culture, and a commitment to excellence.

BGØATED isn’t just another sportswear brand — it’s the next generation of athletic and lifestyle wear, created to help athletes and programs look, feel, and perform like champions, no matter their level of play.

After nearly a decade helping grow TCS Sportswear into a six-figure operation serving schools and teams across the region, I decided to build something bigger — a brand that delivers high-quality gear, professional designs, and a personalized experience for schools and athletes who are often overlooked.

That’s why I founded BGØATED in July 2025 — to become the company that gets it right every single time.

Our Mission

To help the lowest-level athletes feel like they’re playing at the highest level — with elite designs, professional presentation, and affordable pricing that schools can actually sustain.

The Market & Opportunity

The opportunity before us is massive.

There are:

  • 1,730 colleges across the Junior College, Division II, and Division III levels.

  • 27,000 high schools across the country.

If we capture just 30% of the college market alone over the next three years, averaging $50,000 per school every two years, we project more than $52 million in annual revenue.

Now add the high school market — with apparel orders ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 every two years per school— and you begin to see how large this opportunity truly is.

And that’s before we even factor in middle schools, travel teams, community leagues, and college intramural programs. Once these groups begin seeing our quality, pricing, and professionalism, this revenue stream will naturally grow on its own.

New Expansion: School Store Vendor Program

We are positioning BGØATED to become the primary vendor for school stores — providing fan gear, student apparel, and branded items directly on campus.

We can undercut competitors while maintaining superior quality, thanks to:

  • Overseas manufacturing partnerships that provide fast turnaround and excellent pricing.

  • In-house design expertise ensures flawless color matching and professional presentation.

  • Lean operations, requiring only a five-room facility to handle design, production, storage, and fulfillment.

Our model keeps overhead minimal while maximizing profit margins.
The better the product quality and school spirit, the more students, families, and alumni will buy — and the more items bought the more we and the schools will profit.

Additional Growth Stream: School Snack Delivery Program

In addition to apparel and merchandise, BGØATED will introduce a Snack Delivery Program — an innovative, low-overhead way to expand our footprint within schools and create recurring passive income.

Through our online platform, schools will be able to order snacks and beverages directly for delivery to their school — no inventory needed on our end.

Orders will be fulfilled by local distributors, shipped straight to the school, while BGØATED collects a markup and service fee.

This model allows us to:

  • Expand our brand’s presence beyond apparel.

  • Create a steady revenue stream with zero inventory risk.

  • Build partnerships with local businesses and schools.

  • Provide schools with engagement and possible revenue-sharing opportunities.

Hiring & Operational Plan

To fully execute this vision, we’ll be hiring strategically to scale operations while maintaining efficiency:

  • Founder/CEO (Full-Time): $90,000 annually + Commission (5-year commitment)

  • Two Key Employees: $50,000 annually each  + Commission (5-year commitment)

  • Commission-Based Sales Representatives and Production Staff: Motivated by performance and results

This compensation model incentivizes excellence while keeping fixed costs low — ensuring our staff grows only when the company grows.
